What is EmpiriaBMS?
A business management system for project-driven teams, connecting projects, offers, resources and reporting.
How do we create a company workspace?
Select a plan on the Pricing page, then provide the company, first administrator and invoicing information required for the new Tenant.
Where do the displayed plan prices come from?
The Pricing page reads only active plans from the server-side EmpiriaBMS subscription catalog.
When is the subscription activated?
The new Tenant remains inactive until the payment provider confirms a successful payment. The first administrator then receives the activation instructions.
Where are card details entered?
Card details are entered only in the payment provider's secure hosted checkout. EmpiriaBMS does not collect or store full card numbers or CVV.
Can we choose automatic renewal?
Yes. The onboarding flow presents the renewal choice before checkout so the company can review it together with the selected plan and invoice details.
How is company data separated?
Each subscribed company receives its own Tenant. Tenant isolation and role-based permissions are enforced by the EmpiriaBMS application.
