Terms of service
The conditions for using the EmbiriaBIMS website and subscription Portal. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
This operational notice describes the implemented product behavior. The responsible legal owner must approve jurisdiction-specific wording and retention periods before Production release.
Using the service
You must provide accurate company, first-administrator and invoicing information, be authorized to create the new Tenant and use the service lawfully.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, billing cycles, taxes and totals are confirmed by the server before checkout. Payment success is established only by a verified provider event.
Service delivery
EmbiriaBIMS is a digital service. Paid access is activated after the payment provider confirms the payment and the onboarding process completes successfully.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically when Auto Renew is enabled. You may request cancellation at any time through the contact page or by emailing info@apexsoftworks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until then.
Refunds
Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer or statutory rights.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve with documented notice where required. Material legal changes require a new document version and renewed consent when applicable.
