The conditions for using the EmpiriaBMS website and subscription Portal. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
This operational notice describes the implemented product behavior. The responsible legal owner must approve jurisdiction-specific wording and retention periods before Production release.
Using the service
You must provide accurate company, first-administrator and invoicing information, be authorized to create the new Tenant and use the service lawfully.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, billing cycles, taxes and totals are confirmed by the server before checkout. Payment success is established only by a verified provider event. Cancellation and renewal follow the policy presented before confirmation.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve with documented notice where required. Material legal changes require a new document version and renewed consent when applicable.
