How EmpiriaBMS processes and protects personal data. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
This operational notice describes the implemented product behavior. The responsible legal owner must approve jurisdiction-specific wording and retention periods before Production release.
Data we process
We process company details, first-administrator contact information, invoicing and subscription records, support requests, consent evidence and security/audit events required to create and operate an EmpiriaBMS Tenant.
Why we process it
Processing supports company onboarding, Tenant creation, subscription fulfilment, invoicing, fraud and abuse prevention, customer support and compliance with legal obligations.
Payment and invoicing providers
Hosted payment and invoicing providers process the information required for their services. Card details are entered in the provider's secure checkout; EmpiriaBMS does not store full card numbers or CVV.
Your controls
You can request access to, correction of or reviewed deletion of Portal onboarding data through the contact page. Statutory invoicing evidence may be retained for the legally required period.
Security and contact
Onboarding is protected by server-side validation, encryption in transit, payment-provider verification and audit controls. Privacy questions can be submitted through the contact page.
